Michelle is a strategist and technologist working for BlackRock. She is focused on go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operations of the Aladdin platform.Previously, she was part of JP Morgan & Chase's Global Payments organization under the Corporate & Investment Bank as part of the Product and Agility Transformation team and the Complex Client Transformation and Strategy team, helping to shape the future of client experiences for large commercial customers.After business school, Michelle worked in EY's Digital Transformation Consulting group in Strategy and Product. At EY she focused on helping clients design innovative and impactful customer and employee experiences and leading cross-functional teams to bring these experiences to life.
