The Fund Management department is part of the Corporate and Investment Banking Division of UniCredit Group. Its activities mainly comprise asset management, fund management and the development of individual investment solutions. • Daily monitoring of account movements for all managed fund mandates and maintenance of shadow bookkeeping• Regular coordination with the custodian bank in connection with securities transactions and the settlement process as well as complaints about incorrect postings• Preparation of investment committee meetings• Creation of settlement instructions and MIFID II transactions reports• Weekly analysis of UniCredit Credit Research´s corporate sentiments• Creation of customer reports and presentations• Calculation of the management fees for the managed fund mandates

The Finance department of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. is responsible for reviewing the use of resources - such as costs, capital, funding and liquidity - and identifying associated risks. Finance plays a central role for the bank by simplifying processes, improving data quality and efficiently managing finances.• Preparation of the Daily Liquidity Report to determine the bank´s liquidity position and clarification of implausible in- and outflows with the Treasury/Global Markets Department as well as sending it to the Banque Central du Luxembourg• Daily download and control of the FX courses• Determination and analysis of foreign exchange positions, as well as transferring the corresponding data to Treasury as a basis for disposition decisions• Creation of various reports/statistics on a daily/monthly basis• Participation in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements• Support of the CIB/Risk Team in regulatory reporting• Project manager and responsible for implementing new archiving guidelines in the Luxemburg subsidiary
