This new data center row design contributed to InfoWorld Green 15 Award for driving efficiency in data centers and avoided $361M capital outlay for data center expansion.• Operated Dell IT’s Private Clouds running over 11K Virtual Machines with focus on infrastructure consolidation, availability, and scalability.

• Built Retail IT team and defined standards for planned entrance into brick and mortar model. • Partnered with cross functional teams to implement a Point of Sale system to scale with future Retail strategy enhancements and to integrate with existing order management and financial systems.

• Led team of architects to develop 3 year roadmaps for solutions across network, storage, server, and email/collaboration platforms. • Directed global team that engineered secure Network and Contact Center solutions including WAN re-design strategy of converged network for increased reliability, VoIP capabilities, and scalability with reduced overall costs.• Managed 40+ vendors and negotiated global telecom contracts to provide increased SLA and reduced costs an average of $9M/year.
