As commercial director, I led all B2C marketing and sales for AlbumPrinter, the first European company to offer a fully integrated end-to-end solution that enables consumers to create hard cover photo books and other photo products using their own digital images. A focus area was to launch the consumer brand, Albelli. • In 2007, Albumprinter was launching customer for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Europe. • In 2008, we won the Deloitte Fast 50 with a revenue growth of 22,000% in just 5 years. • In 2011, the company was acquired by Vistaprint for over 65 million Euro.My experience at Albumprinter inspired me to start Peecho.

I focussed on direct response advertising, where the quality of advertisements was measured by the incoming calls/ sales as a result of advertising with us. As a Director of Sales And Business Development, I worked on launching and growing Tele2 Mobile, the first MVNO within the Kinnevik Group and the first MVNO in the Netherlands. Over the years this entrepreneurial role gave me the opportunity to be involved in many different aspects of doing business: creating a business model, negotiating contracts, setting up a supplier and distributor network, training/ coaching call centres, launching/ developing our product proposition, heading sales and marketing activities. After becoming P&L responsible for Tele2 Mobile, I also brushed up my financial skills, working closely together with our CFO on both forecasting and actuals. It's all in the execution... we managed to grow our customer base from zero to over 300,000 by the end of 2003, whilst increasing the monthly ARPU from EUR 9 to EUR 38.
