As a Senior Account Digital Director I provide customer relationship management and advisory support to our corporate account teams to transform them from being technology supported to digitally focused. I focus on JLL's largest corporate accounts to drive account strategy from a digital and technology perspective by acting as a trusted adviser to senior management across JLL accounts and our client organisations.

With the success of BOSS across EMEA I relocated to San Francisco to focus on driving the usage of the system for US based clients. Shortly after I was asked to re-engineer the system into a CBRE platform tool to be available to all CBRE accounts and professionals to enable driving more transactions from portfolio optimization analysis. With this change I planned the redesign and re-brand of BOSS to Portfolio Optimizer to be a core part of the "CBRE Vantage" enablement toolkit. Since this re-branding Portfolio Optimizer has been used across 500+ portfolios and contains over 8m Sq. Ft. of area, and $56bn of annual rent. As of January 2019 the system is used by over 2,250 users with an average login rate of 4,400 times per week.

I joined CBRE with the mandate of furthering their capability in strategic portfolio performance management across EMEA. My experience in benchmarking methodologies, database design, data visualization, report design and real estate advisory meant I was assigned to a wide range of client account teams to review processes and drive proactive portfolio optimization. Following these engagements, I was identified as one of CBRE’s Global Subject Matter Experts on Benchmarking & Portfolio Optimization.Following a reorganization of the Global Corporate Services business the Consulting team was created to drive direct revenue from portfolio analysis as opposed to being assigned to account teams. I helped grow the team from 2 to >15 consultants providing advice to clients on location analysis, portfolio planning, portfolio strategies and occupancy studies. To deliver portfolio optimization projects as efficiently as possible I developed BOSS (CBRE’s Benchmarking & Opportunity Spotting System), a market leading system that combined client and market data to industrialize desktop portfolio optimization analysis. The use of BOSS was sold to over 50 clients as a stand-alone engagement to identify savings opportunities (e.g. re-gear, relocate, consolidate, etc.) to provide the CBRE team and/or client with a savings road-map including timing, ease of implementation and costs to achieve each identified project.

At IPD I was the Lead Analyst for the Occupier business, and was responsible for UK subscription and custom analysis reporting. I developed and commercialized the ‘Performance at Lease Event’ analysis product; a tool designed to help any occupier with a number of leasehold interests analyse the performance of their brokers when negotiating rental uplifts at review or renewal.
