I am an IT Support Engineer with a Bachelor of Networking from Melbourne Institute of Technology (MIT), where I also worked as an IT Support Help Desk for two months. In this role, I managed Active Directory for 200+ user accounts and groups, delivered remote support via Team Viewer to 50+ users weekly, executed remote software updates and patches, solved OS-related issues and hardware/software deployments roles.Previously, I worked as an IT Operation Assistant at Triveni Barah, a Nepal Government Education Scheme Program, for 1.5+ years. There, I was responsible for new device setup, firewall access control, proactive troubleshooting, Microsoft Office training as well as virtual machines setup.I have also completed an Advance Diploma of Network Security from Australian Harbour International College (AHIC) and a Diploma of Information Technology from The One International College. I have a passion for providing seamless user experiences and optimal operations through my skills in troubleshooting, network and system optimization, OS, and desktop support.
