About Melinda Gruber

Dr. Melinda M. Gruber is the Medical Group and Rehabilitation Services Vice President at Corewell Health, South Region, and President of Caring Circle. She is responsible for primary and specialty medical practices; inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services; and provides support for home care; long-term care; palliative and hospice care; and chaplaincy and bereavement services. Melinda serves as Chair of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the PACE of Southwest Michigan Boards of Directors, as well as Vice Chair of the Region IV Area Agency on Aging Board of Directors and board member of the Community Healing Centers. She is also Chair of the Healthy Berrien Consortium. Melinda earned a bachelor’s degree from Aquinas College, as well as an MBA, and Ph.D. from Western Michigan University. She is a 2018-19 Health and Aging Policy and ASPA Congressional Fellow and is a Certified Nursing Aide. Melinda is a breast cancer survivor.
