Main responsibilities include:-Managing LMS (LearnUpon, Karova) and all client queries related to it -Accounts Management of more than 300 clients (answering calls and e-mails, providing information about products, reaching out to clients regarding new projects)-Managing CRM (all client accounts, inputting and extracting data, managing the invoices and sales saved on CRM)-Research (researching potential clients, contacts to reach out to, assisting in sales campaigns via e-mailing and generating leads, following up on leads)-Development (working with the developers, using Storyline 360, Articulate 13, and Elucidat)-Customer Service (assisting with customer support, and queries related to Learning Management System)-Bookkeeping (organizing all outgoing invoices, and putting the information onto CRM, helping with quarterly VAT)-General office duties (cleaning, making refreshments, organizing files)
