I managed a team of Project Leaders in charge of all tech aspect of strategic projects; from defining the architecture to production delivery, through innovation-oriented management. While still working on transversal project management, I managed the Network and telecom team. Our ambition was to provide the right technologies in adequation with our business needs, working on large-scale negotiations with editors and stakeholders.

I managed the implementation of all infrastructural aspects of the new ERP for our Italian business unit. I coordinated DBA, Network, middleware, Security, Operation System engineers for a 1year+ project.

My job consisted in providing new technologies adaptations in network and telecoms, for our business, going from building international MPLS networks, Disaster recovery plan, extranet networks for partners, internal security audit, telecoms contract negociation, etc...
