- completed a rigorous, 6 month social impact fellowship in Bangalore, India- placed with nascent social enterprise Gray Matters Capital, project managed the creation and roll-out of the organization's internal IT system and website. - led key founding members of GMC in a two-day strategy and branding creation workshop, resulting in the output of key strategy statements that the enterprise continues to use today. - conducted independent qualitative research and produced a white paper on the applications of complexity theory to the field of microfinance.

- Created an international microfinance trip bridging together a university microfinance club and a fledgling microcredit cooperative in Kinigi, Rwanda. - Business students were introduced to a newly created microfinance cooperative for teachers of Kabwende Primary School in northwestern Rwanda, and created a series of business skills workshops for founding members of the cooperative. - Led the inaugural the trip and guided students in conducting needs assessments and site research in order to create workshops best suited for the microcredit cooperative's needs. The trip and project has evolved and will be continuing the relationship with another trip in May 2014.

- Executed a successful business development project with a local microcredit institution aimed at increasing their working capital by stimulating savings deposits in the community- Later implemented the saving mobilization project with a success rate of over 100% increase in projected average savings deposits and a growing deposit rate of 400,000 Ugandan shillings per week
