Member of the Client Contracting Team (CCT) - Global.My role involves supporting the global contracting process, managing contracts that impact multiple jurisdictions and require communication with stakeholders from all over the world.- In the pre-contractual phase, I review and adjust NDAs according to business needs and company policies.- During the contractual phase, I assist in drafting various types of global contracts for our three main business lines: Management, Tax, and Payroll, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines as well as local and international regulations. I also handle the preparation of amendments or novations when necessary.- In the post-contractual phase, I analyze service termination requests, verifying contractual compliance, identifying potential risks, and suggesting strategic actions that consider both the legal obligations of the parties and the company’s commercial relationship with its clients.

On this role, I was tasked with conducting thorough research to develop tailored legal opinions addressing clients' specific needs. This involved the meticulous review and analysis of pertinent statutes and case law, with a focus on immigration affairs as well as labor and employment matters, encompassing workers' compensation claims, benefits and pension issues, OSH violations, among other areas. Additionally, I guided clients through internal disciplinary proceedings and hearings. Moreover, I also played an integral role in the litigation process, from case inception to resolution, assisting the appointed attorney in a number of tasks. Initially, I assessed potential legal strategies, offering insights into the strengths and weaknesses of clients' cases. Then, I conducted comprehensive review and analysis of evidence, as well as assisting in the preparation of witnesses for testimony and depositions. Finally, I drafted various legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and other court filings. I also proactively monitored court deadlines and procedural requirements, and initiated appeals of adverse rulings when warranted.
