• Responsibilities include recruiting executives, engineers, designers, drafters and technicians across all disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Environmental, Architectural, Software, GIS and IT), sourcing candidates through various means (Print ads, Internet recruiting sites such as Monster/Careerbuilder/Dice, referrals, In-House databases), interviewing potential candidates, checking professional references and degrees, negotiating rates while maximizing direct margin, closing candidates, presenting job offers and direct offer packages, and maintaining contact and relationships with employees in the field and candidates.• Acted as the customer point of contact in the absence of the account manager or as a result of a previous relationship with the client customer.
