I am a recent and proud graduate from the Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. During my experience there, I had the opportunity to network with successful entrepreneurs and companies about effective business practices. I was able to expand my skillset in networking, communication, and leadership. I led various teams of three to five people to complete group projects. Some of the assignments included customizing presentations and innovating campaigns, products, or services. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in market research, sales, HR, recruiting, brand strategizing, event coordinating, AR billing and collecting, and marketing both face to face and online. I am a dedicated individual with analytical and solution-oriented skills. I am a confident in fast-paced environments requiring minimal supervision.My experience has also taught me the importance of having a strong student mentality, positive attitude, and a goal-oriented mindset. I believe there is always room for growth and improvement. "If you are not learning something new every day, you are not growing..." I strive to set short- and long-term goals to maintain a strict focus and encourage a sense of self-accomplishment. You cannot manage what you do not measure, and you cannot improve upon something that you do not track.
