- Building and executing productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Area Managers to balance labor.- Supporting all safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates.- Developing performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.- Leading and developing a team of Amazon Associates, working closely with the team on the shop floor to solve problems and remove barriers.- Partnering with the senior management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.- Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.- Communicating policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed.- Ensuring procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention.- Creating, managing, and supporting recognition and communication programs.

- Responsible for direct production at National Stations for aircraft maintenance works, both scheduled and unscheduled.- Establishment of standard work control procedures for the maintenance tasks performed at National Stations.- Propose and execute, once approved, process and people improvement plans to ensure continuous improvement following the lean methodology.- Cost control, paying special attention to the achievement of the allocated budget.- Validation of teamwork work shifts and control over the process in terms of casualties, capacity analysis, distribution of additional hours, etc.- Development of collaboration tools with Area Managers for the correct control of productive procedures.- Ensure that the specific Quality and Safety rules are maintained in accordance with the Manuals approved by the Authority.- Obtaining, monitoring and reporting of the KPIs for the different National Stations.- Direct reporting to Line Maintenance Director.

- Management of the scheduled maintenance items, deferred and pending items of the Vueling fleet A319 / A320 / A321.- Technical Office management, including technical issues and staff.- Definition, creation and review of procedures.- Project management and leadership, from the beginning to the end of the project (including supervision of the start-up and monitoring the proper development of the project).- Engineering support for troubleshooting analysis.- Prioritization of works to production.- Participation in the definition, analysis and elaboration of KPI.- Give support and decision making to technical problems.- Analysis and support with aircraft technical documentation (MEL, AMM, TSM ...)- Leadership in operational meetings and decision making.- Introduction and establishment of Lean and visual management methodology.

- AOG and maintenance stops management and monitoring of the A319/A320/A321 Vueling fleet. - AOG management and monitoring of customer fleets attended by BCN Iberia Maintenance.- Management and monitoring of spares and tooling used for the AOG. - Engineering support to aircraft technicians for AOG. - Engineering support to BCN Technical Office.- Direct Report of the fleet operation, both the customer and the production manager.

- Process optimization, creation and establishment of new internal procedures at Planning area.- Monitoring of A319/A320 Vueling fleet daily operation at scheduled tasks planning.- Management of Vueling A319/A320 fleet scheduled tasks in terms of hours and cycles of each aircraft and the maintenance program approved by the operator.- Management of scheduled maintenance (routing).- Management with hub (Madrid) and the operator of A319/A320 Vueling fleet critical tasks.- Scheduling of scheduled maintenance tasks.- Planning of scheduled tasks spares and tooling.- Management of maintenance tasks extensions.- Control of the scheduled tasks and man hours.- Contact with hub (Madrid) and other national delegations.- Meetings and direct contact with both Vueling and other companies related to Planning area.

- Review of Safety Assurance Documentation (RD 862/09, Annex 14).- Support for the development of the SGISO platform.- Support to PGS-BCN-01 procedure (Risk Management System) performing functions such as:* Performance of studies of risk managements which includes the identification of hazards in the airport, risk assessment, tolerability assessment and proposed mitigation measures necessary to reduce the severity or the probability of the risk determined.* Participation in control meetings and preparation of minutes.- Support to PGS-BCN-02 procedure (Control of External Providers) performing functions such as:* Physical documentary control and database documentary control.* Administrative support.* Attendance at supervisions to external suppliers.
