About Halim Kaygisiz, Mha

There are two personal mantras that I live my life by: 1. "Whether you think you can or you think you can't...you're right" - Henry Ford 2. "Situations don't make people...they reveal them...you have always had it in you, you just needed a situation to bring it out."In my own personal life, after realizing that I was not helping people the way I wanted to, I transitioned my career. Over the years, I have learned that there are many ways to help people. Sometimes we offer direct assistance, but we can make a bigger impact through leadership. Good leaders can optimize resources, and ensure that programs, services, policies, procedures are established in such a way to maximize the benefit to those who need help.
