- Building and leading building a multifunctional team which enables customers to achieve business outcomes through product education, our customer community, and productized solutions

- Built out a customer education program in close collaboration with Customer Success, designing eLearning and Community learning events to enable customer onboarding and product adoption. - As acting team lead for the company's newly-formed Customer Support function from July - September 2023, recruited and onboarded the first specialized support hires.

- Onboarded customers onto our product, guiding them through the process of bringing live a hospitality tech stack

- Designed, developed and delivered tailored learning solutions for UN staff and partners. - Thematic focus included anti-corruption, results-focused programming, UN country programming, and conceptual approaches for sustainable development (systems thinking, design thinking, futures thinking).- Worked on all stages of the learning product design cycle: needs analysis, instructional strategy, content authoring, learner beta testing, virtual and in-person facilitation, and evaluation/reporting. Cemented a passion for all things learning design!

Developed a new training curriculum for Amideast's in-house internship program, and consulted on the development of community help desks and internships for the U.S. Department of State Nahdhat Shabab workforce preparation skills program.

Provided research, planning, and delivery support for in person and virtual learning events on sustainable development. Collaborated on digital communications, as well as the development of knowledge services and products.

- Led country message and outreach efforts for Amideast Yemen field offices, and consulted on external reporting and training for programs in Sana'a and Aden. - From December 2015 to August 2016, facilitated staff/intern training and prepared donor reporting for a UNHCR-sponsored humanitarian call center in Sana’a.

- From July 2013 to September 2014, administered the U.S. Department of State English Access Access Microscholarship Program, an English language learning program for underserved Yemeni youth. - From October 2014, managed the U.S. Department of State funded Internship Training Program, a workforce-skills development program for Yemeni youth in Aden and Sana'a, as well as Amideast Yemen's in-house Internship Program.

Provided senior students at Amideast Sana'a with daily instruction in advanced EFL (English as a Foreign Language) courses, including academic writing.
