➢ Conduct regular follow-up with clients to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation➢ Efficiently and effectively fill open positions➢ Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need by receiving resumes through various channels such as employment fairs, database, walk in CVs, etc.➢Follow up the completion of each.

-Offer superior quality of service to Vodafone Egypt Premium/ Platinum Customers, through handling inbound and outbound contacts in order to exceed their expectations and to assure their satisfaction.-To manage their assigned/ dedicated accounts, addressing their issues proactively, maintaining/ increasing revenue, and minimizing churn.

-responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all customer related complaints.- input all complaints onto the Mears database, reporting and seeing through to completion. This will involve completing Client paperwork to ensure 360 degree communication. -Escalate all unresolved issues/complaints to your line manager whilst keeping the Branch.
