I've been working as PA to MD at Ubakong Co., Ltd. almost 1 year. I really love and enjoy this job because I can meet many people and learn about other people's thinking as well as their attitudes in term of owner and leadership activities. While the company is established for almost 1 year as a start-up business, I'm also growing up in a part of self-management and business development which those are special, different and very challenge from my previous experiences.My previous experiences were about hotel industries. I'd worked for 4 years in hotel industries career. and the latest position was Assistant Reservations Manager at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit. My duties were team-motivation, improving work skills to my juniors, training, delegate emails, being as a supporter and ready to assist them every time when their taking calls, manage department monthly roster, take own consideration when dealing issues, group & VIP guests handling (loyalty and GM's guests), and every task from my manager commands. I have improved my maturity from this job because some juniors are older than me so I have to adapt my behavior to easiler work together. I really enjoy working here with my guests and colleagues in this big family in Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit.
