Prepare & deliver on-time, quality technical proposals as per clients’ / consultants’ specifications, 2. Prepare compliance statement matching to consultant specifications3. Hydraulic calculations ,Pressure tank calculations & Pump system curve generation4. Cost Estimation , negotiating costs with Vendors and maintaining GPM.5. Competitive analysis to define new product requirements and product plans.6. Presentations to clients and consultants for approvals & project pre-qualifications.Major Achievements include:- Approval for $ 20 Million- KSB Pumps for KAIA Airport project in Jeddah- Approval for $ 11 Million- KSB Pumps for Jabal Omer Development Ph2 & ph4 project in Jeddah

Reporting to Application manager , I was placed at Flowserve Chennai Office and providing technical support to Pump Mechanical seals & its associated systems which serves to Oil & gas ,Power plants and Water industries for EMA Region (Europe,Middle East and Africa ) Resposibilities : 1.Designing and selecting Pump Mechanical seals as per API 610, API 682 & it’s Piping Plans based on customer requirements and application specifications for clients in Europe and the Middle East. 2. Reporting to Proposal Bid Manager, I was placed at Chennai Office and involved in bidding , Proposal preparation for Chemical Dosing (chlorination) packaged system , which serves to Oil & gas , Power plants and Water industries Job responsibilities include but not restricted to the following ;1. Preliminary study of the tender/enquiry and understanding the basic scope of supply & concept of the system.2. Design of Electro-chlorination system 3. Pipe Line sizing and Pump pressure drop calculation4. Pump head and power calculations 5. Preparation of Piping & Instrumentation diagram(P&ID)6. Sending RFQ of major critical equipment’s/items to sub vendor , according to client sub vendor list7. Preparation of Technical proposal including dully filled compliance statement, quotation check list, deviations/clarification/important notes, scope of supply & work, equipment specifications & exclusions.8. Cost estimation of the system , insuring all items are covered in the costing part also estimation of manpower’s, overheads, transportation required to execute the offered project/system 9. Prepare technical and commercial proposals 10. Communicating /meeting with clients to find the gaps in the offer submitted and revising the same with respect to their requirement11. Assist the Project and procurement team during the execution of the project
