As the Business Unit Manager for Cloud & AI, specializing in Microsoft and Adobe solutions, I lead a dynamic team focused on innovation, growth, and client success within the rapidly evolving cloud and AI landscape. My role includes defining and implementing strategic initiatives that align with company goals and market trends, particularly around our flagship offerings, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot. I oversee the planning and forecasting processes, identifying business opportunities, and tackling challenges to drive optimal results. To maintain a competitive edge, I continuously assess and refine processes, resources, and strategies, ensuring efficient operations and enhanced performance across all our cloud and AI services.

In charge of annual operating plan (AOP) and marketing strategy for the Czech Republic and Slovakia region, my main focus was on Microsoft cloud services. I worked to secure the highest level of business collaboration with key partners while also recruiting new partners for our cloud venture. This involved tracking revenue, gross profit, and target achievements for rebates and market share. I proactively identified and addressed any issues to ensure continuous progress.

I became a part of Tech Data during the period of extensive cloud growth. I collaborated on initiating the Cloud Solution Provider program in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with my primary objective being to transition and cultivate a new partner network centered on cloud services.
