    At Forvis Mazars Group, I had the privilege of holding the position of Project Manager where I worked on updating the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). My role was to assess the maturity of the DRP for over 100 fORVIS Mazars offices and provide a global DRP policy to be applied across all sites.I coordinated end-to-end disaster recovery exercises, performing application-level tabletop exercises and validating technical recovery plans.I also assisted and supervised the implementation of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and crisis management in all business sectors of the company.Working with the Compliance and Audit teams, I evaluated business impact analysis and risk assessments for business units.I managed the IT disaster recovery exercises as well as the recurring service of the platforms, while ensuring that the defined budget was respected.In terms of management of the document base, my task has included delivery, updating and support, as well as the production of performance indicators (KPIs) and presentations.I defined and managed cross-functional actions in collaboration with the different departments, while ensuring the management of continuous improvement of the process.

    The next carrer station was the Renault group where I took the position of Expert in Business Recovery Plan (DRP) & Security. My role focused on the migration strategy to Public and Private Clouds (GCP, AWS, AZURE, On-premise, AS400, Mainframe), as well as the development and implementation of incident response plans.I led the creation and implementation of an incident response plan specifically for cloud-based infrastructure, in compliance with ISO 27001 guidelines. This included establishing protocols for immediate incident response security and carrying out simulated attack scenarios to test the effectiveness of the response plan. My role was essential in minimizing the impact of security incidents on cloud services and ensuring rapid recovery of operations.I conducted comprehensive employee training programs focused on cloud security best practices and ISO 27001 compliance. My role focused on the development and implementation of cloud security policies compliant with International standards & best practices.In almost 5 years, I have touched several facets of this exciting position.I conducted risk assessments, defined control objectives and implemented security measures to protect data in the cloud.I ensured regular monitoring of compliance with these policies, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with ever-changing security requirements.I also led the initiative to evaluate and select ISO 27001 compliant Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). I also was entrusted with the task of negotiating contracts to include specific security requirements.A critical project I led was the migration of the company's sensitive data to a more secure cloud storage solution.
