• Administer the EPO server and ensure an effective coverage of antivirus updates to all PC across Australia and New Zealand.
• Monitor and install updates to server systems including Netware 4.11, Windows 2000 and Windows NT4
• Investigate new technologies to implement to assist in the general running of the business structure.
• Provide one on one support to users regarding network, email and internet issues.
• Assist in keeping IT documentation up to date and current.

• Configure swipe card units with hardware modifications for deployment to clients.
• Answer support calls and assist where possible, raising to field support if required.
