Think Red Project's 501(c)3 non-profit mission is to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS issues and funds for local HIV/AIDS organizations by engaging the local community via activities and public events, namely the Red Dress Party San Diego.Specific duties include administration, development, and managing operations of the organization and Red Dress Party San.

• Plan and coordinate details of events such as: birthdays, business and corporate meetings, charity events, and weddings. Specialty in wedding planning and coordination.
• Duties and details of events include, but not limited to: calculate and adhere to budgets, research and select event venues and vendors, create and setup floor plans and layouts, create and coordinate event timelines.

• Manage and supervise special events staff and provide overall execution of scheduled events (average of four events per month).
