My role is to develop, improve, and evaluate the "Product Management Bootcamp" curriculum and make sure the delivery is on point.(1) Schedule client onboarding meeting 4x per month and prepare onboarding checklist (2) Collaborate with client to review and improve all the curriculum documents 12x per months (3) Validate feedback 4x per month and develop curriculum based on feedback and market research result 1x each month - be a customer service to reply the client feedback(4) Assess and presenting the effectiveness of the curriculum and the success of the customer 1x per week - achieve 3% increase in effectiveness in my last work (5) Organize and manage all curriculum database at all times(6) Investigate systematically and problem solving with related teams from other department
