Project: Project Management of EPCC for BIPV at UiTM Kuala Pilah, UiTM Alor Gajah, UiTM Segamat, UiTM Jengka, UiTM Dungun, UiTM Permatang Pauh & UiTM Bertam (investment value >RM30M)Main Responsibilities:- Deal directly with all parties during project execution such as UiTM Main & Campuses stakeholder, EPCC, sub-contractor & federal/ local regulatory and authority including provide comprehensive update to the higher management of the project performance status - Continuously track the project progress by specific management tools (Plan, Track, Release & Report) towards project commissioning & completion within the contractual timeline, minimizing defect and Variation Order- Spearheading in preparing and presenting the BIPV System Operational and Technical overview including usage of IoT device for billing to each UiTM Campuses stakeholder- Oversee and resolve any arising issues during the project implementation either technically or commercially by using all available resources internally or externally

Project: INTEKMA Resort & Convention Centre (Shah Alam) Internal Building Refurbishment & Renovation (project cost >RM3M)Main Responsibilities:- Steering a group of team to transform apartment type interior to become a student residential type interior from a planning & design stage until project completion which involve improvement of current electrical, civil and mechanical system as well as selection and installation of furniture to the 13 units 5-storey buildings at INTEKMA.- Continuously track the project progress by specific management tools (Plan, Track, Release & Report) towards project commissioning & completion within the contractual timeline, minimizing defect and Variation Order (the project completed earlier 1 month from the actual dateline)- Oversee and resolve any arising issues during the project implementation either technically or commercially by using all available resources internally or externally- Provide comprehensive update to the higher management of the project performance status
