- Thorough revision and interpretation of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural plans from clients including Salas O'Brien, ARC engineering, P2S, and me engineers.- Verifying scope of work and proposals.- Creating schematics of various systems based on P&ID. - Establishing an I/O list of different field sensing devices and actuators to monitor and control specified systems.- Selection and design of main building gateway controller along with other automation level controllers to satisfy building control needs. - Producing wiring detail diagrams to show I/O connections to controllers as well as communication between controllers and the main gateway. Wiring diagram to manufacturer integrable controllers.- Designing the sequence of operation for different HVAC equipment including AHU, VAV boxes, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, fans, pumps, and FCU's.Ordering the different sensing and actuating devices from vendors like Belimo, Bapi, Veris, functional devices, and ALC.- Creating equipment submittals and as-builts based on select devices as well as reviewing cut sheets and technical instructions.
