As a Senior Manager at Aeoflex (a Salesforce Solutions partner) I am excited to translate some of my technological frustrations into something that can help bring efficient technological support to Nonprofit volunteer and program management. My role is to support the transition and growth of the company through strategic planning, revenue generation, client relationship management, and marketing. This exciting new challenge allows me to put my leadership, analytic, and program development skills into action. I have learned Salesforce Intermediate Administration and am working towards certification.

I was an AmeriCorps VISTA focusing on Academic Success in Community Consolidated School Districts 21 and 59. I engaged in volunteer and project management of our after-school program. I developed metrics to gauge the efficacy of our in-school and after-school programs. I assisted in project development and integration.Currently, in my role as Youth Program Manager I have focused on increasing youth programming, building new relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, and defining service opportunities for youth. We partner with local schools to provide over service learning programs and Day of Service opportunities. I also facilitate a youth leadership workshop, goLEAD, to develop youth as future leaders by developing youth community service skills.
