Lead Human Resources Generalist
CurrentProvide support for HR functional areas -- recruitment and onboarding, training, compensation, etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to administering aspects of the recruitment process such as advertisement placement, application management and tracking, candidate screening and interview coordination, & responding to candidate inquiries; providing customer service and response to employees for issues regarding policies, procedures and programs, gathering and analyzing data for compensation planning, employee training; assisting with audits, etc.
