- Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, train, mentor a Solution/Services Engineering team.- Create SE individual and team development plans.- Develops team according to demands of business and according to individual professional goals.- Work closely with sales teams, vendors and executive leadership to assess, develop, and accelerate key opportunities.- Guide and coach SE team in establishing the capabilities to customize our solution packages and configure demos to effectively showcase the benefits and the value of our solutions- Recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and company.- Lead or participate in the delivery of Proof of Concept or project implementation engagements at key prospects/customer.- Assist in preparation of sales proposals, RFP and RFI responses as needed- Lead customer business value identification and discovery- Participate in project’s kickoff meeting and closing meeting.- Monitor the team’s performance and identify achievements as well as areas of focus- Motivate system engineers to succeed, manage program day-to-day activities, training, logistics and other activities as required- Proactively scope and design the technical and business solution needed to address customer requirements.

- Provide Pre-Sales and on-site technical support for new and existing customers.- Identify client technical requirements (product and/or services) through site survey, interviews, RFP/RFQ/RFI study, and customer environment discovery and auditing.- Determine scope and develop proposals and technical design (HLD, LLD and configuration).- Provide support to sales team that includes; presentation, pricing and RFP/RFQ/RFI response assistance.- Impalement pilots and prototypes.- Implement / configure required solution and coordinate with PMO and 3rd parties to insure solution delivery.- Participate in project’s kickoff meeting and closing meeting

Pre- Sales - Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstration. - Responding to tender documents, writing proposals and reports. - Work with Account Manager/Sales Team to develop customer relationship and solutions and assist in overall sales process.- Act as a primary point of contact with the customer for all technical issues during the all Pre-Sales phases including addressing design and proposed integration concerns. - Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation, both before and after the sale.- Implement POCs and product installations- Design and generate Bill of Materials & configurations for datacenter and security solutions (Cisco).Post –Sales- Manages the implementation of projects closed by the sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, and customer satisfaction- Installation and configuration of data center, network and security solution.- Research and stay up to date on the most recent industry standards and trends, emerging technology.

- Implement and monitor security controls to protect network and information.- Conduct vulnerability scanning using open source and enterprise tools to discover security vulnerabilities on in house developed SharePoint portals.- Write testing reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement- Develop and integrate multi-factor authentication solution using SURE Secure Token product.

- Member of IPv6 migration team (SUST Computer Center), building IPv6 basic services (DHCPv6, DNSv6, FTP, web server).- Studying and testing migration mechanisms, design and building network using IPv6 protocols.
