Who am I? A product leader with extensive experience building and scaling up product teams, as well as building and executing product and go-to-market strategies for a variety of verticals such as financial services, insurance, technology, retail, e-commerce and Healthcare. I like to think of myself as empathetic, value driven, servant leader, and a strategic thinker.What drives me? Making an impact (a big one), delivering customer value (almost obsessed), driving business growth, and helping people learn and grow.What I have achieved? In startups, I've started product management practices, hired and built full teams from ground up, grown businesses 10 and up to 40 times in less than 4 years; in scale-ups, I had the opportunity to grow global teams and businesses across 4 continents, and now I am working on transforming an enterprise into a product-led organization, driving 3 business lines in different stages to the next level of growth. What I am looking for? learning, growing, challenging and purposeful problems to solve, giving back to people, to the community, elevating product management in the region, knowledge sharing, and most importantly, having fun doing all that! What makes me stand out? First, I would say that the diversity of problems I was lucky to be challenged with; I came from a very strong engineering background, and throughout my career, I had the opportunity to be part of/leading software deliver, sales engineering, presales, solutions architecture, business development, sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies including market and customer segmentation; when I landed in product management, knowing, having the empathy for, as well as leading all parts of the business becomes natural.Second, the exposure; living in 5 countries in different parts of the world, working with different cultures, different global and regional aspects of businesses had a great influence on who I've become today.Happy to chat and share knowledge, help with a business problem or a product team specific challenges, or talk about how we can make this world better, one day at a time.
