- Develop Sales and Business Development systems for SMEs.- Consult SMEs on their company profiles, proposals, and other official documents.- Suggest viable target clients and industries, sourcing relevant data as necessary.- Consult SMEs on their hiring process for their Sales and Business Development teams.- Conduct Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning techniques for SMEs.- Use knowledge of the markets and the industry to promote introductions and sales.- Induct and train B2B Sales and Business Development teams.- Equip SMEs with relevant benchmarking techniques for better market understanding.- Create scripts for Sales and Business Development teams.- Set go-to-market and pricing strategies with managements.

Develop and deliver workshops for organizations and individuals in the field of entrepreneurship, B2B Sales and Business Development

- Train students and/or trainers on courses that tackle their knowledge, skills and attitude.- Designing and Development of Emmkan's curriculum and delivery of trainings for internal and external audiences.- Provide leadership, direction and support for the company's trainers.- Develop and maintain a high level of technical proficiency with our products and services.- Design, develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum to enhance the knowledge and competency of student in the schools industry.- Prepare schools students and training locations for training courses- Assist training personnel in developing a positive and rewarding training experience.- Implement life and career coaching tools and services with students.- Attend our trainers sessions when possible to audit their performance and provide guidance to improve performance as appropriate.- Support, participate and implement “Train the Trainer” programs for all the company's trainers.- Perform other duties, tasks and responsibilities to support Emmkan goals and objectives like Sales, Marketing, PR, Logistics and events planning.
