• Project: Saudi Aramco North Gas Compression Plant Pipeline project, Hawiyah & Haradh, Saudi Arabia.Project Value: $2 billion (approx.)Scope: Engineering, Procurement, and construction of NPS 6 - 36, 889 km, CS, RTR&RTP.
• Controlled scope creep and avoided construction delays by proactively identifying piping-related material mismatch through detailed technical reviews and evaluations between design and site conditions.
• Prepared & presented technical proposals which included wall thickness and load calculation for pipeline over-crossing per API RP 1102 and ASME 31.8.
• Led successful negotiations with the client Saudi Aramco regarding project additional crossings and secured multiple change orders.
• Persistent follow-up with the procurement team, to resolve any hold-ups in the MRs, TBE, and review of NMRs until PO placement to expedite timely material delivery at project sites.
• Providing technical support for pipeline site-related technical queries concerning re-routes, hot bends, crossings, and tie-ins.

• Organized technical review meetings to expedite multi-disciplinary engineering & procurement deliverables related to the critical Gas Compression Plant facility construction milestone.
• Preparation of high-quality SOW and BOMs, Interface work packages, and schedules for complex engineering and construction activities.
• Managed scope and key resources for contractor field ARO coating work and material handling of concrete casing sleeves for trenchless pipeline construction.
• Implementation of a unified progress reporting and tracking system of overall pipeline crossings of the project.
• Led the re-surveying, identifying, and estimating 1050 additional crossings to enable change order evaluation.

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

• Project: Construction of 48” Crude oil pipeline from CPCL Refinery to CPT, Chennai, India.Project Value: $0.76 million Scope: Constructing NPS 48”, 12.9 km Crude oil pipeline and related station works and mooring.
• Coordination of client inspection and validation of NDT and Hydro test activities for over SMAW 200 joints and 8 HDD crossings.
• Preparation of trenchless and open-cut crossing packages and tie-in packages for client approval.
• Arrangement of resources and materials, assisting in calculations for hydrotests, and report preparations for gauging, pigging, and ILI inspections.
• Preparation of permit requests and proposals to the government and regulating bodies

Chennai Area, India

• Project: Construction of 12” Crude oil pipeline from CPCL Refinery to CPT, Chennai, India.Project Value: $0.52 million Scope: Constructing NPS 12, 8.4 km refined petroleum product pipeline and related station works and.
• Assisting in Feasibility and Conceptual study of pipeline construction involving route selection and geotechnical investigation.
• Active participation in HDD profile generation and Buoyancy control calculations using API 1102 and ASME 31.4.
• Observation of Open-cut and Trenchless construction, discussion and knowledge sharing regarding the environmental impacts of pipeline construction.
