Sometimes life does not work out that all planned but it is usually the best!After graduation from Damascus University, I worked as an accountant in Al-Haram for transferring money, and as an operations officer in Alsharq Bank which over time led me to decide that I wanted more knowledge. Therefore, I went to the higher institute of business administration to gain an executive master degree in business administration, financial institution specialization, and a master degree in business administration from the University of Miskolc after getting accepted in Stipindium Hungaricum scholarship programme. And now I am continuing my studies as a PhD student at The University of Miskolc, world and regional institute department in the faculty of economics. Since 4 years I realized that I wanted to do something for the world, that is why, I am focusing my studies in SDGs and climate change issues, and I am part of the 2020 journey of EIT Climate KIC, and also I am the CFO of Snabel NGO which is investing in social businesses which help in providing better education for the impacted students by the war in Syria, and bridging the tech gap of the Arab world between in the traditional educational system outcomes and the needed inputs in the labour market. My life has been, and it will be divided into studying and working, and I feel like I can use my knowledge in business and finance to contribute to changing the world into a better place.
