Translated these requirements into technical tasks and implemented them for over 10 features.- Implemented Scrum methodology and the Spotify model for team organization.- Played a key role in modularization efforts by introducing more than 50 internal modules (public/impl), resulting in a 50% build speed improvement, better SOC, and clarified code ownership.
