The journey of my career has been described as a "Cinderella story." As a driven professional with a background that began in fast-paced kitchens, I've mastered the art of thriving under pressure.To this day, I still hear Chef imparting in his Rhinelandic German accent, "When you see something that needs to be done, you do it." My time working as a line cook in a small family-owned restaurant in West Virginia rooted a professional standard in me that has only matured with each development in my career. Finding myself at the heart of a business, I realized my true passion is solving problems and that is where I wanted to be. They started off small, turning frustrated customers to my new best friend or helping my team break project roadblocks. I quickly surpassed every expectation put before me, and in less than five years I went from entry-level staff sitting in the basement of a law firm to rubbing elbows with Executives at my own seat at the table. I defied conventional timelines and did so with an unconventional level of education for my role. A fact I am immensely proud of having been born and raised in one of the lowest-ranked states for education in the country.While I started off small, I did not start slowly; and I do not plan to slow down any time soon.
