With over 15 years of work experience in civil engineering and construction, I have developed strong competencies in quantity surveying, estimation, cost control, and project progress monitoring. As a Managing Director, I led a team of engineers and surveyors, overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. I also worked as a Project QS/ Lead Estimator at Schnell Global Engg, where I was responsible for Cost control, Project progress monitoring, preparing tender documents, negotiating contracts, and managing subcontractors. Prior to that, I was a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator at Redco Construction Almana, where I performed cost analysis, valuation, and budgeting for various projects. I have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ruben Dario University, and I am proficient in Project Progress Monitoring, Cost Control, and Interim Payment Certificate skills. My mission is to apply my expertise and experience in civil engineering and construction to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for complex and challenging projects.
