- Led and/or collaborated on audit engagements covering Neuflize OBC, Neuflize Vie, ABN AMRO Investment Solutions.- Led risk analysis, developed audit programs, planned activities, managed internal ad hoc requests, coordination with international group audit teams.

- Prepared -analysis, process redesign, organisational restructuring, change management-, managed and supported the business in implementing ABN AMRO lean management methodology and simplifications.

Led and/or collaborated on several projects of high impact, as: - IBM IT outsourcing contract gap analysis and negotiations jointly with ABN AMRO vendor management team, as well as training and contract support to the local IT team (process, organisation, knowledge transfer), and third parties contracts transition to the supplier.- Redesign and implementation of the new Neuflize OBC client reporting.- Strategic review of the client pricing derogation processes and practices.
