As a Human Resource/Hiring Manager at Protergo, I spend my days finding and hiring the right talent both oftech-talent & management from entry to senior level and i also take responsibilities as : - Managing and conducting end-to-endrecruitment process- Managing HIS database linked to new hireemployee process- Managing employee data and keep it updated- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals such as MPP (man power planning) - Forecast future needs and also monitor the gap analysis to meet the company goals successful- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires- Report regularly with complex database, orperhaps with Managed Database - Direct training every week for the development and knowledge of employees.- Do talent hunting and sourcing for certain position withing the Standart Level Agreement- Negotiating salaries,contracts and benefit packages- Scoring and conducting personality and test assesment
