• As a member of the Executive Team; show clear leadership, promote and drive positive organizational effectiveness and related cultural change initiatives to meet strategic business challenges. • Coordinate talent acquisition and performance management (KPI setting & annual assessment) activities.• Controlling all the operations of HRIS through SAP-HCM; key areas are Org. Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management & Time Evaluation, and Payroll. • Support the development, documentation, reviews and implementation of HR policies and compliance with statuary requirements.• Organize trainings programs through internal & external resources.• Assist in AIB & PepsiCo-QAS audit in HR related matters.• Developing and executing orientation programs for new hires.• Heading the budgeting process to finalize yearly manpower & training budget to be presented to General Manager and subsequently to COO for approval.• Monitor & control current and future manpower requirements, variances and gap on a regular basis in order to proactively manage organizational structure. • Management reporting.
