Michael joined FINN in 2016 where he's responsible for some of agency's largest accounts spanning biopharma, medical devices, health tech, diagnostics, and advocacy organizations. He also founded FINN's Health Academy, the professional development forum that brings together colleagues' best practices and market learnings worldwide.Michael has managed reputations for many of the world’s most respected and trusted innovator companies.  Prior to joining FINN, he was head of Corporate Communication at digital health information giant WebMD, and oversaw external and internal communications, including thought leadership for the Company’s CEO. Previously, Michael was Johnson & Johnson’s Vice President, Corporate Communication where he managed CEO, Leadership and Employee Communication. At Johnson & Johnson, he also led Janssen’s regional communications for Asia-Pacific, Japan, Latin America for the Company’s Pharmaceutical sector and served on Janssen's Management Board. Michael previously worked at Merck where his experience included roles in Global Product Communication, Marketing/Product Management, and Corporate Public Affairs where he led the Company’s Vioxx Litigation & Crisis Communications. Before joining Merck, he worked in the healthcare practices of several international public relations agencies, including Hill+Knowlton.Michael is an editorial contributor and speaker on issues affecting the health industry, such as pricing, reputation, issues management, employee engagement, marketing and the transforming digital health environment. Michael also serves as an elected member of the Board of Directors for Donate Life New York State.
