About Mary Heller
During the past decade in the Training and Development field I have been involved in all aspects of the ADDIE and SAM, and now LLAMA models of Instructional Design. Everything from being "on stage" and delivering classes that others have developed to beginning the initial investigations into training needs and finally analyzing data on training outcomes. One of my most exciting accomplishments was redesigning and revising a training program of sixteen weeks, making sure that all lessons are tied to the course goal, the class goals, and supporting goals (Terminal and Enabling Objectives) and the final practical exam. I am focused and determined to make sure that training is relevant, performance-based, and engaging.Recently, I completed two analysis efforts, a current training curriculum gap analysis, and a training needs analysis.
