Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department. Clear and effective communication with limousine and shuttle drivers ensure constant status and location as well as Communicating through a multi-line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests. Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes. Build and maintain the daily ground transportation board. Order extra limousines from outside companies for special events and areas outside average driving distances when needed. Control driver overtime and outsourcing to a minimum. Train newly hired dispatchers and drivers on working with radios, all computer programs, clients needs and paperwork.Prioritize guest reservations / dispatches.Coordinate guest limousine reservation requests with VIP personnel.Troubleshoot complex problems and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas.Inspect the limo fleet on a daily basis, maintaining vehicle inspection reports.
