I am a certified transformative coach by Coach Masters Academy and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by International Coaching Federation.I am an educator by profession and have taught in local and international schools. I have over 2 decades of experience in education, 15 years on leadership and education management and 15 years in training and people development. My current role involves leading a team of instructional designers and a team of coaches that run the professional development across all APEC Schools. I am also the co-founder of Tiny Labs, an educational company that provides online and offline educational experiences to children.Outside my leadership and coaching role in the academe, I share my creative and reflective side in my page Wholehearted Living by Coach Mheng.
