This position is similar to the Service Engineer position previous held, however, this opportunity allowed me to be a direct hire employee at Ford Motor Company.

Tasked with aiding Technicians, Shop Foremen, and Service Managers from Ford and Lincoln Dealerships around the United States with technical related concerns. Assisting them with technical information and testing regarding current vehicle concern and recalls. Contracted out to Ford Motor Company.Gas Drive Service Engineer- Current Position- Daily use of the vehicle manuals covering current and older model Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury engines.- Provided clear and detailed technical direction to technicians of many different skill levels.Lincoln Service Engineer- Tasked with providing bumper-to-bumper technical assistance to Lincoln Dealerships. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current model year vehicles, vehicle equipment, and testing procedures.Transmission/ Drivetrain Service Engineer- Provide technical assistance regarding all Transmission and Drivetrain related questions. Mentor- Tasked with bringing new hires up to speed on current training and research processes. - Provide weekly feedback regarding new hire improvement and struggles.
