My role as a Program Advisor is to guide students through their best program options based on their academic, geographical, financial, and personal preferences. I am responsible of consistently communicating with students via phone, email, live instant chats, and advising sessions. So far, I have achieved top number of applications twice and helped advance our team goal of surpassing previous years' numbers. My great ability to acquire and retain the interest of students has led to a personal portfolio of over 90 students. The onset of COVID-19 has also brought about many opportunities for professional advancement. I have taken on additional responsibilities, strategized new outreach tactics, and fortified my organization and time management skills as result.
