- Build and recommend work automated procedures related to business units’ processes- Provide business applications modules training and support to end users- Present and provide solutions overview and evaluation for business owners- Control information systems administration and integration of multiple platforms- Design and create customized reports based on business owner requests- Gathering and mapping organization’s data for process modeling (for automation)- Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies business applications technical problems- Generate technical documentation to enhance business applications utilization- Business applications design/implementation and customization- Business applications process and operation support

- Covering Central, Eastern, and Western Regions in Saudi Arabia.- Installing zetalents HCIS.- Implementing zetalents HCIS at the client side.- Handling the projects for any new client from the installation phase until the sign off.- Provide the involved team the required training on zetalents HCIS to be qualified to work on the system and certified too.- Provide the management with periodic reports which simplifying the status of zetalents client’s status and objective progress.

-Support the clients by Telephone, Emails, Remote Access. -Handling all of our clients in Central region and Eastern region.-Implement the system at the client side.-Giving training on MenaITech system to the clients.-Upgrade clients system version.
