• Employed as a Web Designer, but was also able to give technical support to clients via email or of the phone.• On a day to day role I would first be involved with updating websites at the client’s requests. I would also implement and design websites for new clients.• The technical support side was to help clients with any technical aspect of their website, whether this was helping clients set-up email addresses on their own computers or help/advise them with any other technical aspect to do with the site.
