Motivational speaker specialising in Mental Health Awareness.With 40 years experience of senior commercial roles in the FMCG sector, I have direct knowledge and understanding of the pressures that modern leaders and managers face in today’s trading environment. This allows me to deliver MHFA training with a relevance and perspective that is appropriate to today’s high pressure business environment.The training I deliver builds clarity and understanding to all of the conditions surrounding mental health ( Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Self Harm and Psychosis) and reduces the stigma that surrounds it.
