Created a new division within Student Media at the U of U which, in 8 months, had organic digital growth of 300 percent in page views, time on site, and sessions. I recruited, hired and trained 16 employees in the process.Our division was also responsible for writing social policy and managing Facebook, and Twitter account for multiple platforms. Our content policy and schedule lead to significant growth in both reach and engagement on all channels.I designed and helped develop new WordPress Sites which were not only more aesthetically pleasing and created more marketing opportunities, but also employed conversion strategies that lead to a 250% increase in email subscribers.

I was hired as an intern, and quickly immersed myself into the world of digital marketing. My daily responsibilities included writing copy, working with WordPress, basic HTML and CSS writing, managing accounts, and managing social media. I also assisted with strategic planning, branding, and execution of projects internally and with clients.

I was one of the first 50 advisors in the country chosen to extend their year-long contracted was consistently in the top 10% of advisors, nationally. Worked as a Corporate Recruiter (Advocate) to identify potential new employees. Responsible for conducting meetings with department heads, and deans at the University of Utah. I was held accountable for establishing, and maintaining a schedule for meetings, and Apple events. Worked exclusively with Apple’s WordWide Recruiting, and HR. Trained by Apple in corporate recruiting to contact prospective employees. Substitute for AppleCare managers while they take time off work. Oversee day to day operations such as coaching, and working with advisors, and meetings. Additionally, I am held responsible for conducing daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
