Langkah Teman Kamu is an organisation which is providing a collaborative space for young generation who want to contribute in increasing public awareness and understanding of environmental and social issues.The resposibilities are to organized and motivated organizers to keep the organization running properly, planned the grand design of the organization, identified the organization's problems and designed suitable solutions for further improvements.

The responsibilities were to assisted students in preparation for education abroad through scholarships or intended programs, analyzed the student’s educational background and experience to make recommendations for study preferences and helped students in the preparation of required documents.

The responsibilities were to determine quality production standard, analyse improvement of production process and monitoring production process as well as solving the production processes problem.

The responsibilities were to designed teaching materials, checked assignments of students, educated and assisted undergraduate students to learn Fundamental of Inorganic Reactions and Coordination Chemistry and coordinated with Mrs. Tien Setyaningtyas, S.Si., M.Si. as a lecturer in weekly meetings. Assisted more than 200 undergraduate students

The responsibilities were to formulate chemical materials to get great quality ink products before mass production stages, evaluate products after production processes and present in daily meetings. Assigned to handle global projects during internship period.
